
Supervisor of Marketing Support
The Supervisor of Marketing Support leads a team of MCoE professionals in execution of day to day marketing support functions such as Applix ticket resolution and item setup and pricing. Develops strategy around consolidation of tasks, creates process improvement to drive executional efficiency and reduce store level impact of marketing actions. Leverage article life cycle management, pricing and promotion processes to continually drive improvement to overall sales/product data quality as leveraged by the Category Teams and marketing center of excellence to make key decisions. Design, build and integrate business processes to meet organizational objectives, increase efficiency and build competitive advantage. Manage all continuous improvement initiatives across the business to drive process improvements and expense reductions.
Minimum of 5 years related business experience, with extensive process experience
Proficient understanding of retail environment
Demonstrated ability to drive results through cross-functional work teams
