As a Technical Support/Applications Scientist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers and partners, troubleshooting customer issues, providing product training, and assisting with product evaluations.To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent customer service skills and have a technical background in chromatography and mass spectrometry. You should also have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work independently. Experience with Waters products is a plus.
