Job Description

Assist customers by delivering remote-first, digital-first technical support to increase remote fix rate for system-level service support for the SFC and Mass Spectrometry product line. Including, but not limited to Quadrupole, Time-of-Flight MS, SFC Hardware, as well supporting Software -MassLynx, UNIFI, Third-party software packages, and Chromoscope software platforms If an issue is unable to be resolved remotely, The Expert Center will troubleshoot to determine the root cause and provide necessary part numbers and troubleshooting details before requesting a Field Service Specialist Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with external and internal customers ensuring their success and a good customer experience. Provide detailed documentation of customer interactions within the corporate call tracking software. Maintain sound knowledge regarding the technology and relationship to the customers’ application demands.

Job Qualifications

3–5 years of experience with Waters LCMS Instrumentation and Software or equivalent laboratory experience
Waters LC/MS Instrumentation and MassLynx/UNIFI Software experience
Third-Party software experience is preferred.
The ability to speak French or Spanish is beneficial.
