Job Description

Waters is looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team and help drive our data-driven decision making process. We are looking for an individual with a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for learning new technologies.The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for leveraging data to support Waters’ strategic objectives. This role requires a deep knowledge of data analysis, data visualization, and data engineering, as well as the ability to analyze complex data sets. The ideal candidate must be able to quickly identify trends and identify opportunities for improvement. The Senior Data Analyst will be expected to collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure data is being used to achieve the desired outcomes.Required Qualifications:• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, and/or data visualization• Expert-level knowledge of SQL, Python, and R• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik• Working knowledge of data warehouse and ETL technologies• Ability to apply statistical techniques and methods to analyze data and derive insights• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills• Ability to work independently and in a team environmentIf you have the qualifications and enthusiasm to join our team, we would love to hear from you!
