Job Description

Waters is seeking an experienced Global Supply Planning Manager to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a highly motivated and organized professional with a passion for supply chain planning and logistics to lead our global supply planning efforts. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain Management and at least 8 years of experience in a supply planning role.The Global Supply Planning Manager will be responsible for developing and managing a global supply planning strategy that will enable Waters to effectively meet customer demands while staying ahead of the competition. This individual will need to be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities and the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will be a team player with a drive to succeed and a commitment to continuously improve our processes. We are looking for someone who will bring a positive and energetic attitude to the team, and who is ready to hit the ground running in an exciting and challenging environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage a global supply planning strategy that will enable Waters to effectively meet customer demands while staying ahead of the competition.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and improve existing operations.
Monitor the performance of suppliers and identify areas for improvement.
Manage and coordinate the implementation of supply chain planning and logistics solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of supply chain initiatives.
Develop, implement, and evaluate key performance metrics to track the success of supply chain initiatives.
Monitor inventory levels and order fulfillment to ensure customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective flow of materials throughout the supply chain.
Generate reports to track and analyze supply chain performance.
