We are looking for an experienced Field Service Specialist to join Waters’ team. In this role, you will provide on-site technical support to Waters’ customers across North America. You will also be responsible for installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of our cutting-edge liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry systems.The ideal candidate has a strong technical background and a customer service-oriented attitude. You must be able to work independently, have excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to quickly learn new technologies. A combination of customer service, mechanical and electrical skills, and knowledge of instrumentation is essential.If you are an enthusiastic problem-solver with a passion for customer service, then this is the job for you!
