  1. Develop and implement strategies for the effective use of technology in HR processes and operations.
  2. Lead and manage the HR Technology Support team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
  3. Ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of HR technology solutions, including but not limited to HRIS, ATS, LMS, and performance management systems.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technology needs and gaps in HR processes.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HR technology to continuously improve and optimize systems and processes.
  6. Provide technical expertise and support to HR team members and end-users, troubleshooting issues and providing solutions.
  7. Develop and maintain documentation for HR technology systems, processes, and procedures.
  8. Oversee the training and development of employees on new technology systems and updates.
  9. Monitor and analyze data and metrics related to HR technology usage, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations.
  10. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in all HR technology systems.
  11. Participate in the development and management of HR technology budgets and resource allocation.
  12. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to implement and maintain HR technology solutions.
  13. Act as a liaison between HR and IT departments to ensure smooth integration and alignment of technology systems.
  14. Communicate updates and changes in HR technology to stakeholders and provide ongoing support and training as needed.
  15. Continuously assess and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of HR technology systems and make recommendations for improvements.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Hr Technology: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience Working With Various Hr Technology Systems And Platforms, Such As Hris, Ats, And Performance Management Software. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Capabilities And Limitations Of These Systems And Be Able To Troubleshoot Complex Technical Issues.

  • Strong Project Management Skills: The Senior Manager, Hr Technology Support Will Be Responsible For Overseeing Multiple Hr Technology Projects Simultaneously. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Projects From Start To Finish, Including Creating Project Plans, Coordinating With Cross-Functional Teams, And Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Team Leadership And Development: This Role Will Involve Managing A Team Of Hr Technology Support Specialists. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Leading And Developing A Team, Including Setting Performance Goals, Providing Feedback, And Identifying Training And Development Opportunities To Enhance Team Members' Skills.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As The Primary Point Of Contact For Hr Technology Support, The Senior Manager Should Have Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify And Resolve Complex Technical Issues. They Should Also Be Able To Interpret Data And Provide Insights To Drive Decision-Making And Improve Processes.

  • Knowledge Of Hr Regulations And Compliance: The Senior Manager, Hr Technology Support Will Be Responsible For Ensuring That All Hr Technology Systems And Processes Comply With Federal And State Regulations. They Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Hr Laws And Regulations, Such As Eeoc, Flsa, And Ada, And Be Able To Ensure Compliance Across All Hr Technology Initiatives.
