
Senior Manager, HR Technology Support

- Develop and implement strategies for the effective use of technology in HR processes and operations.
- Lead and manage the HR Technology Support team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
- Ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of HR technology solutions, including but not limited to HRIS, ATS, LMS, and performance management systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technology needs and gaps in HR processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HR technology to continuously improve and optimize systems and processes.
- Provide technical expertise and support to HR team members and end-users, troubleshooting issues and providing solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for HR technology systems, processes, and procedures.
- Oversee the training and development of employees on new technology systems and updates.
- Monitor and analyze data and metrics related to HR technology usage, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in all HR technology systems.
- Participate in the development and management of HR technology budgets and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners to implement and maintain HR technology solutions.
- Act as a liaison between HR and IT departments to ensure smooth integration and alignment of technology systems.
- Communicate updates and changes in HR technology to stakeholders and provide ongoing support and training as needed.
- Continuously assess and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of HR technology systems and make recommendations for improvements.
Extensive Experience In Hr Technology: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience Working With Various Hr Technology Systems And Platforms, Such As Hris, Ats, And Performance Management Software. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Capabilities And Limitations Of These Systems And Be Able To Troubleshoot Complex Technical Issues.
Strong Project Management Skills: The Senior Manager, Hr Technology Support Will Be Responsible For Overseeing Multiple Hr Technology Projects Simultaneously. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Projects From Start To Finish, Including Creating Project Plans, Coordinating With Cross-Functional Teams, And Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.
Team Leadership And Development: This Role Will Involve Managing A Team Of Hr Technology Support Specialists. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Leading And Developing A Team, Including Setting Performance Goals, Providing Feedback, And Identifying Training And Development Opportunities To Enhance Team Members' Skills.
Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As The Primary Point Of Contact For Hr Technology Support, The Senior Manager Should Have Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify And Resolve Complex Technical Issues. They Should Also Be Able To Interpret Data And Provide Insights To Drive Decision-Making And Improve Processes.
Knowledge Of Hr Regulations And Compliance: The Senior Manager, Hr Technology Support Will Be Responsible For Ensuring That All Hr Technology Systems And Processes Comply With Federal And State Regulations.
