  1. Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of Waste Management's business processes.
  2. Take ownership of the Salesforce platform and ensure its proper functioning and optimization.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  4. Keep abreast of the latest Salesforce updates and technologies, and recommend improvements and upgrades to enhance the platform's capabilities.
  5. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, system configurations, and data models.
  6. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide recommendations for best practices in utilizing Salesforce.
  7. Lead the development and implementation of new features and functionality on the Salesforce platform.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise on the Salesforce platform.
  9. Mentor and train team members on Salesforce best practices, architecture, and development.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve processes related to Salesforce architecture and integration with other systems.
  11. Ensure data integrity and security on the Salesforce platform, adhering to best practices and compliance regulations.
  12. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to integrate their solutions with the Salesforce platform.
  13. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Salesforce architecture and recommend innovative solutions to drive business success.
  14. Act as a strategic advisor to the business, providing insights and recommendations to improve customer relationship management processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience With Salesforce: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience Working With Salesforce, Including Designing And Implementing Solutions, Developing Custom Applications, And Managing Complex Integrations.

  • Strong Understanding Of Waste Management’s Business Processes: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Waste Management’s Operations And Business Goals To Be Able To Design And Implement Effective Solutions That Meet The Company’s Specific Needs.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Management: The Candidate Should Have Experience Leading And Managing Salesforce Projects From Start To Finish, Including Defining Project Scope, Creating Timelines, And Managing Resources And Budgets.

  • Salesforce Certifications: The Candidate Should Hold Relevant Salesforce Certifications, Such As Salesforce Certified Technical Architect Or Salesforce Certified Application Architect, To Demonstrate Their Expertise And Knowledge Of The Platform.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Business Stakeholders, Developers, And Project Managers, To Ensure Successful Delivery Of Solutions.
