Job Description

Responsible for supporting development by collecting and analyzing gas data. Responsible for infrastructure (pipeline, electric, etc) proximity to landfill research. Connects area stakeholders and WMRE (waste management renewable energy) in discussions around potential projects. Responsible for coordinating high level meetings with WMRE leadership and WMRE vendors, tracks outcomes and actions required to drive business growth. Responsible for taking meeting minutes. Maintains annual WMRE sustainability report, tracks GHG emissions reduction by site as part of the broader WM sustainability report. Tracks regional electricity pricing and electric grid carbon intensity. Tracks industry growth and development of the RNG market. Provides analysis to WMRE leadership on the CNG/LNG transportation market trends in the US.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
3+ years of related experience
Must be able to travel overnight if needed.
