
Manager, Talent & Learning Lead

- Develop and implement talent development strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Partner with key stakeholders to identify and assess learning needs within the organization.
- Design and deliver engaging and effective learning programs, both in-person and online, that support the development and growth of employees.
- Manage and oversee a team of learning and development professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Continuously evaluate and improve learning programs to ensure they meet the needs of a diverse workforce and are in line with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to identify high-potential employees and create tailored development plans for their career growth.
- Monitor and track the impact and success of learning and development initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in talent development and incorporate them into the company's learning programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and industry experts to bring in new ideas and resources for employee development.
- Serve as a role model and coach for managers and employees, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development within the company.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, Talent Management, Or Learning And Development Roles.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business, Or Related Field.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Manage And Develop A Team.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Talent Management Processes, Including Performance Management, Succession Planning, And Career Development.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
