Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner, following all safety protocols and guidelines set by the company.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Adhere to environmental regulations and waste management protocols.
Operate bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and other heavy equipment to move, load, and unload waste materials.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, and properly dispose of waste materials according to company policies.
Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Keep accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance.
Continuously strive to improve efficiency and productivity in waste management processes.

Job Qualifications

Valid Commercial Driver's License (Cdl) With A Clean Driving Record
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience Operating Heavy Equipment, Such As Bulldozers, Excavators, And Loaders
Knowledge Of Safety Protocols And Procedures For Operating Heavy Equipment In A Waste Management Environment
Ability To Read And Interpret Construction Plans And Blueprints
Strong Communication Skills And Ability To Work Well In A Team Environment
