Manage the company's financial records and ensure accuracy and completeness.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Analyze fixed assets and maintain accurate records.
Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
Identify and resolve any discrepancies or variances in financial data.
Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure efficient and accurate completion of tasks.
Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the accuracy and efficiency of accounting operations.
Assist with financial audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
Monitor and track expenses to ensure they are within budget and in line with company policies.
Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze financial data for decision-making.
Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and standards and ensure compliance.
Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management.
Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.
Participate in special projects and initiatives related to financial management.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In General Accounting And Fixed Assets, Preferably In A Large Organization.
Strong Understanding Of Gaap Principles And Experience With Financial Reporting.
Proven Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret And Analyze Financial Data.
Experience With Fixed Asset Management Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel.
