Job Description

Are you an experienced Compactor Technician looking to join the Waste Management team? We are searching for a hard-working and dedicated individual to join us in providing quality waste management services to the people of our community. The successful candidate will join our team of experienced technicians and work with us to maintain and repair our compactor systems.The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of compactor maintenance and repair and be able to work quickly and efficiently with minimal guidance. We are looking for a reliable and organized individual with excellent communication and customer service skills. The successful candidate will have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, as well as experience with waste management systems and relevant certifications. If you believe you possess the necessary qualifications and have the drive and dedication to succeed, then we look forward to your application.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and repair compactor systems.
Work quickly and efficiently with minimal guidance.
Provide excellent customer service.
Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Have experience with waste management systems and relevant certifications.
Work with other technicians to provide quality waste management services.
Follow safety protocols and handle hazardous materials appropriately.
Diagnose problems with compactor systems and identify the best solutions.
Maintain records of maintenance and repair activities.
Perform regular inspections of compactor systems to ensure they are in good working condition.
