  1. Develop and implement community programs that promote waste reduction and environmental sustainability.
  2. Collaborate with local government agencies and community organizations to build strong partnerships and facilitate effective program implementation.
  3. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on current waste management and environmental sustainability trends and regulations.
  4. Manage program budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
  5. Plan and execute community events and educational workshops to promote waste reduction and environmental sustainability.
  6. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including public sector partners, community members, and internal team members.
  7. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure program success and sustainability.
  9. Coordinate with other departments within Waste Management to align community programs with company goals and initiatives.
  10. Stay informed on community needs and concerns related to waste management and develop solutions to address them.
  11. Prepare and present reports to management on program progress and outcomes.
  12. Serve as a spokesperson for Waste Management at community events and meetings.
  13. Act as a liaison between Waste Management and community members to address any issues or concerns.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation in community programs to further the company's mission of creating a more sustainable future.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Community Outreach And Program Management, Preferably In The Public Sector.

  • Strong Understanding Of Waste Management Processes And Regulations, And Familiarity With Local And State Laws.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Diverse Community Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Community Programs, Including Budget Management And Reporting.
