Operate a Front End Loader at our waste management facility in a safe and efficient manner.
Ensure compliance with all company, state, and federal regulations related to waste management and transportation.
Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and report any issues or malfunctions.
Transport waste materials to designated disposal areas using designated routes and schedules.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of daily routes, mileage, and hours worked.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and site personnel to ensure timely and efficient waste removal.
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries.
Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained, reporting any mechanical issues or necessary repairs.
Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner to customers and the general public.
Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and provide feedback to management.
Attend training and safety meetings as required.
Maintain a valid CDL and comply with all DOT regulations.
Maintain a positive and team-oriented attitude while promoting a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
Participate in company-sponsored events and activities to build team camaraderie.

Job Qualifications

Valid Cdl License: A Commercial Driver - Front End Loader At Waste Management Must Have A Valid Commercial Driver's License (Cdl) With The Appropriate Endorsements For Operating A Front End Loader.
Clean Driving Record: Waste Management Values Safety And Requires All Commercial Drivers To Have A Clean Driving Record. This Includes No Duis Or Reckless Driving Charges Within The Past 5 Years.
Experience With Front End Loaders: Candidates For This Position Should Have Experience Operating Front End Loaders In A Commercial Or Industrial Setting. This Includes Knowledge Of Proper Loading Techniques And Safety Procedures.
Physical Fitness: The Job Of A Commercial Driver - Front End Loader Is Physically Demanding. Candidates Should Be In Good Physical Condition And Able To Lift Up To 50 Pounds, As Well As Perform Repetitive Tasks Such As Climbing On And Off The Loader.
Knowledge Of Waste Management Regulations: Waste Management Is A Highly Regulated Industry, And Commercial Drivers Must Be Knowledgeable About Federal, State, And Local Regulations Pertaining To The Handling And Disposal Of Waste Materials. Candidates Should Have A Good Understanding Of These Regulations And Be Able To Adhere To Them At All Times.
