Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle in compliance with all state and federal regulations.
Collect and transport waste materials from designated locations.
Adhere to assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient waste collection.
Inspect and maintain vehicle and equipment to ensure safe and proper functioning.
Report any vehicle or equipment malfunctions to management.
Communicate with dispatchers and customers to provide exceptional service and address any concerns or issues.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including proper waste handling and disposal.
Maintain accurate records and logs of routes, mileage, and waste collection.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and code of conduct.
Attend and participate in required training and meetings.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals and meet performance targets.
Continuously monitor and assess traffic and road conditions to ensure safe and efficient travel.
Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices related to waste management and transportation.

Job Qualifications

Valid Commercial Driver's License (Cdl): A Cdl Truck Driver At Waste Management Must Possess A Valid Cdl For The Appropriate Class Of Vehicle They Will Be Operating. This Ensures That The Driver Has The Necessary Training And Skills To Safely Operate A Large Commercial Vehicle.
