Waste Management is looking for an experienced Business Analyst - MIS Reporting to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our organization, helping us to effectively analyze data and develop insightful reports that support our strategies and operations.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in MIS, Business Analytics, or a related field, and have at least 5 years of previous experience in Business Analyst roles. They should have a strong understanding of data warehouse, data mining, ETL, and reporting tools. This individual should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have excellent problem-solving skills, and possess the ability to provide clear and concise recommendations to internal stakeholders.We are looking for a passionate and experienced individual to help us continue to build our business through accurate and insightful reporting. Responsibilities:

Analyze data to identify trends and patterns and develop insightful reports to support strategies and operations.
Work with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and develop solutions.
Utilize data warehouse, data mining, ETL, and reporting tools to develop reports.
Monitor and verify accuracy of data and reports.
Design and implement automated processes to improve the efficiency of reporting.
Develop and maintain databases for reporting purposes.
Ensure data integrity and security.
Create and maintain documentation for reporting processes and procedures.
Evaluate existing reports to identify areas of improvement.
Provide clear and concise recommendations to internal stakeholders.
