  1. Oversee the maintenance and repair of the company's fleet vehicles during the evening shift.

  3. Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
  4. Monitor and manage inventory of parts and supplies to ensure proper and timely maintenance.

Job Qualifications
  • Prior Supervisory Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role, Preferably In A Fleet Maintenance Setting. This Demonstrates Their Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Effectively.

  • Knowledge Of Fleet Maintenance: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Fleet Maintenance Processes, Including Equipment Repairs, Maintenance Schedules, And Inventory Management. This Will Ensure They Can Make Informed Decisions And Effectively Manage The Maintenance Operations.

  • Mechanical Aptitude: A 2Nd Shift Fleet Maintenance Supervisor Should Have A Strong Mechanical Background And Be Able To Troubleshoot And Diagnose Equipment Issues. This Will Help Them Identify And Address Maintenance Needs In A Timely Manner, Minimizing Downtime.

  • Safety Awareness: Waste Management Places A Strong Emphasis On Safety, And The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Promoting And Enforcing Safety Protocols. They Should Also Have Experience Conducting Safety Training And Ensuring Compliance With All Safety Regulations.

  • Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Supervisor, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Communication And Leadership Skills. They Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Their Team, Upper Management, And Other Departments To Ensure A Smooth And Efficient Operation.
