- Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and values.
- Lead a team of internal communications professionals to effectively communicate key messages to all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior leaders and department heads, to understand their communication needs and deliver impactful messaging.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of internal communications materials, such as newsletters, memos, and emails.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all internal communications channels and platforms.
- Monitor and analyze employee feedback and engagement to continuously improve internal communication strategies.
- Manage crisis communications and sensitive messaging to maintain transparency and trust within the organization.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as media outlets, to support external communication efforts.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in internal communications to drive innovation and improvement.
- Foster a positive and engaging employee experience through effective internal communications that promote a sense of community and belonging.
Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Internal Communications, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Internal Communication Strategies And Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Campaigns.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Articulate Complex Messages To A Diverse Audience.
Demonstrated Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team Of Communications Professionals.
