- Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on industry trends to help inform user research strategies.
- Manage and maintain user research tools, equipment, and databases.
- Communicate research findings and insights to cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Act as a user advocate, ensuring that user needs and preferences are considered in all design and product decisions.
- Adhere to research ethics and maintain the confidentiality of user data.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new research methods to continually improve our user research process.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, working effectively with team members and stakeholders to achieve common goals.

Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Psychology, Sociology, Or Human-Computer Interaction.
Familiarity With Research Methods And Techniques, Such As User Testing, Surveys, Interviews, And Data Analysis.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With A Variety Of Stakeholders, Including Designers, Developers, And Product Managers.
Experience With User Research Tools And Software, Such As Qualtrics, Usertesting, Or Optimal Workshop.
Ability To Work Independently And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously, While Also Being A Team Player And Collaborating With Others.
