  1. Maintain and operate the satellite earth station facility to ensure smooth and efficient transmission of content to global audiences.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to satellite communication equipment.
  3. Implement upgrades and improvements to the facility to keep up with advancements in satellite technology.
  4. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement procedures for disaster recovery and business continuity.
  5. Monitor and analyze network performance to identify and resolve any potential issues.
  6. Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance and identify any potential risks.
  7. Provide support and training to team members on the use and maintenance of satellite equipment.

  10. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure working environment.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external parties to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.
  12. Maintain a proactive and innovative approach to constantly improve the facility's capabilities and processes.
  13. Follow company policies and procedures to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and security of all media content.
  14. Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience Working With Satellite Earth Stations And Teleport Systems.

  • Proficiency In Operating And Maintaining Satellite Communication Equipment, Including Antennas, Amplifiers, And Modems.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Protocols For Satellite Communication, Such As Dvb-S2 And Mpeg.

  • Strong Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Quickly Diagnose And Resolve Technical Issues.
