- Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise and work to resolve them in a timely manner to minimize disruptions.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on technical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement new technologies and processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members on technical operations procedures and systems.

- Maintain inventory and order necessary supplies and equipment for technical operations department.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
- Provide support and assistance to other departments as needed for technical operations-related tasks.
- Continuously evaluate and improve technical operations processes to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to support live shows and breaking news coverage.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to technical operations.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Broadcast Engineering, Computer Science, Or Information Technology.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Technical Operations Or Broadcast Engineering, Preferably In A Live Television Environment.
Proficiency In Troubleshooting And Resolving Technical Issues With Broadcast Equipment And Systems.
Strong Knowledge Of Industry-Standard Broadcast Equipment And Software, Including But Not Limited To Switchers, Routers, Servers, And Graphics Systems.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, High-Pressure Environment And Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
