- Assist with the construction, installation, and maintenance of scenic elements for productions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all scenic elements are completed accurately and on time.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while working on set.
- Flexibility to work in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve any issues that may arise during the construction or installation process.
- Ensure all equipment and tools are properly maintained and stored.

Knowledge Of Stagecraft: A Stagehand Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Stage Mechanics, Rigging, Lighting, And Other Technical Aspects Of Theatrical Productions.
Physical Stamina: This Job Requires The Ability To Lift Heavy Objects, Work At Heights, And Stand For Long Periods Of Time. Candidates Must Be Physically Fit And Able To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Experience With Scenic Construction: Experience Building And Assembling Sets, Scenery, And Props Is Essential For This Role. Candidates Should Have A Working Knowledge Of Tools And Techniques Used In Scenic Construction.
Teamwork And Communication Skills: Working As Part Of A Team Is Crucial In This Role, And Candidates Must Be Able To Communicate Effectively With Other Stagehands, As Well As Other Departments Such As Lighting And Sound.
