- Establish and maintain strong relationships with technical partners and collaborators to ensure smooth communication and successful partnerships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical-related inquiries and issues from partners, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical solutions that meet the needs of both WarnerMedia and its partners.
- Monitor and track technical performance metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with partners to ensure alignment and address any issues or concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to provide insights and recommendations to improve partnerships and collaborations.
- Coordinate and manage technical onboarding processes for new partners, ensuring all necessary requirements are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during partnerships, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and resources for partners, providing necessary training and support as needed.
- Collaborate with business development and sales teams to identify and pursue new partnership opportunities.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Technical Account Management Or Customer Success Role
Knowledge And Understanding Of Media And Entertainment Industry, Including Streaming Platforms And Content Distribution
Strong Technical Background With Experience In Troubleshooting And Resolving Technical Issues
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Teams.
