  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the management of multiple buildings and properties within the company's portfolio.
  2. Oversee all aspects of facilities operations, including maintenance, repairs, renovations, and upgrades.
  3. Ensure compliance with all safety and building codes, as well as company policies and procedures.
  4. Lead a team of facility managers and staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  5. Develop and manage budgets for facility operations, including forecasting and cost-saving initiatives.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to facilities management and make recommendations for improvement.
  7. Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and IT, to ensure the physical infrastructure supports the company's overall goals and objectives.
  8. Monitor and maintain sustainability efforts, including energy efficiency, waste reduction, and green initiatives.
  9. Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and service agreements related to facilities management.
  10. Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates, make recommendations, and address any issues or concerns.
  11. Conduct regular inspections of facilities and properties to identify potential problems and ensure a safe and comfortable work environment.
  12. Develop and maintain emergency preparedness plans and protocols.
  13. Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the facilities management team.
  14. Handle any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by senior leadership.
