  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the management, maintenance, and enhancement of all facilities owned and/or operated by WarnerMedia.
  2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of all facilities, ensuring they meet high standards of safety, cleanliness, and functionality.
  3. Manage a team of facilities staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that facilities are aligned with the overall business objectives of WarnerMedia.
  5. Develop and manage the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and timely completion of projects.
  6. Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  7. Oversee the planning and execution of facility construction, renovation, and maintenance projects.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure quality services and cost-effectiveness.
  9. Implement sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of WarnerMedia facilities.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the workplace experience for employees, visitors, and partners.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in facilities management, and make recommendations for improvement.
  12. Coordinate with security and emergency response teams to develop and implement safety protocols for all facilities.
  13. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of facilities and any issues that may arise.
  14. Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the facilities management team.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Stakeholders.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Facilities Management, With At Least 5 Years In A Senior Leadership Role.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.

  • Strong Understanding Of Building Codes And Regulations, As Well As Experience Managing Large Scale Construction And Renovation Projects.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multi-Million Dollar Budgets And Implementing Cost-Saving Initiatives.
