- Manage and maintain relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all technical needs and inquiries.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring their smooth and successful use of WarnerMedia's products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and effective implementation and operation of our products and services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients.
- Proactively identify and address any technical issues or challenges that may arise, utilizing problem-solving skills to find effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain detailed account plans for each client, outlining their specific needs, goals, and strategies.
- Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or feedback.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to help them achieve their business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze data on client usage and performance, providing valuable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Act as a brand ambassador for WarnerMedia, representing the company's values and commitment to delivering exceptional media and entertainment experiences to our global audience.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Technical Account Management Role, Preferably In The Media Or Entertainment Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Business Administration.
Strong Understanding Of Cloud-Based Technologies, Such As Aws Or Azure, And Experience In Managing And Troubleshooting Technical Issues.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Retaining High-Profile Clients, With Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills.
Experience In Project Management, Including Planning, Execution, And Delivery Of Complex Technical Projects.
