
Senior Product Manager, Site Performance

- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of WarnerMedia's digital properties.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to execute on performance optimization initiatives.
- Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of website performance data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including developers, designers, and content creators, to ensure website performance is prioritized and optimized.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web performance optimization, and incorporate them into the development process.
- Develop and maintain a roadmap for ongoing performance optimization efforts, prioritizing initiatives based on business goals and user needs.
- Communicate progress and updates on performance optimization initiatives to key stakeholders, including senior management.
- Identify and address technical and operational roadblocks that may impact website performance.
- Monitor and track website performance metrics, and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of optimization efforts.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to develop and launch new features and products with a focus on performance optimization.
- Act as a thought leader and advocate for website performance, driving a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
Extensive Experience In Product Management: A Senior Product Manager At Warnermedia Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Launching Digital Products, Preferably In The Media Or Entertainment Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Site Performance Metrics: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Website Analytics And Be Able To Use Data To Make Informed Decisions About Improving Site Performance.
Leadership Skills: As A Senior Role, The Candidate Should Have Experience Leading A Team And Be Able To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Drive Results.
