As the leader of the sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring an exceptional customer experience in our magical store.   1. Lead and manage the sales team in the Harry Potter store, setting goals and providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
  2. Drive sales and meet sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and monitoring team performance.
  3. Train and onboard new sales team members, providing them with product knowledge and sales techniques to enhance their performance.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking and ordering products to ensure the store is adequately stocked at all times.
  5. Foster a positive and welcoming environment in the store to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  6. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and effectively to maintain customer satisfaction.
  7. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and merchandising, to develop promotions and marketing initiatives to increase sales.
  8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to the sales team to improve their performance.
  9. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors' activities to make informed decisions and drive sales.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Sales Experience: A Successful Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Sales Role, Preferably In A Retail Or Customer Service Environment.
