  1. Assist the sports production team in all aspects of content creation for various platforms.
  2. Maintain a high level of organization, ensuring all production materials and equipment are readily available when needed.
  3. Communicate effectively with team members, directors, and talent to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
  4. Coordinate logistics for shoots, including scheduling, booking travel, and securing necessary permits.
  5. Conduct research and gather information to support production plans and enhance the quality of content.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and social media, to ensure seamless integration of content across platforms.
  7. Help set up and operate production equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
  8. Assist with script development and writing, as needed.
  9. Take detailed notes during production meetings and provide updates to team members.
  10. Adhere to production timelines and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of content.
  11. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, representing the company's brand and values.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities for growth and improvement in the production process.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, at all times.
  14. Provide support and assistance to other production team members, as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Prior Experience In Sports Production: This Includes Experience In Live Event Production, Broadcast Production, And/Or Digital Content Production Related To Sports.

  • Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills: A Production Assistant Must Be Able To Juggle Multiple Tasks And Responsibilities In A Fast-Paced Environment, While Meeting Tight Deadlines.

  • Knowledge Of Sports Industry: A Solid Understanding Of Sports Industry Trends, Terminology, And Current Events Is Essential For A Production Assistant In Order To Effectively Contribute To Production Discussions And Make Informed Decisions.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity With Production Equipment And Software, Such As Cameras, Editing Software, And Production Tools, Is Necessary For A Production Assistant.

  • Team Player With Excellent Communication Skills: As A Member Of A Production Team, A Production Assistant Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Colleagues, As Well As Follow Directions From Producers And Directors. Strong Communication Skills Are Also Important For Interacting With Talent And Guests.
