As a Privacy Analyst, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our company and its customers' sensitive information.   1. Conduct thorough and ongoing research on privacy laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
  2. Develop and implement privacy policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
  3. Conduct privacy impact assessments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure privacy considerations are integrated into business processes and systems.
  5. Monitor and track privacy incidents and breaches, and provide timely and accurate reports to management.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert on privacy matters and provide guidance and training to employees on privacy policies and procedures.
  7. Conduct privacy audits and reviews to assess the effectiveness of privacy controls and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Keep abreast of emerging privacy trends and regulations and provide recommendations for adapting company practices accordingly.
  9. Maintain records of all privacy-related activities, including policies, procedures, and incident reports.
  10. Act as a liaison with regulatory bodies and respond to inquiries and requests related to privacy compliance.
  11. Collaborate with external legal counsel to ensure compliance with privacy laws and regulations.
  12. Continuously evaluate and enhance the company's privacy program to ensure it meets the evolving needs of the organization.
  13. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  14. Represent the company at privacy conferences and events to stay informed on industry developments and share knowledge with the team.
  15. Foster a culture of privacy awareness within the organization and promote a privacy-centric mindset among employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Information Security, Or Data Privacy.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Data Privacy Or Information Security, Preferably In A Corporate Or Media Environment.

  • Knowledge Of Relevant Privacy Laws And Regulations, Such As Gdpr And Ccpa.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Privacy Risks.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Privacy Requirements And Policies To Stakeholders.
