  1. Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on plumbing and heating systems throughout WarnerMedia facilities.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with plumbing and heating systems, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
  3. Conduct regular inspections of plumbing and heating systems to identify potential problems and recommend preventative measures.
  4. Install new plumbing and heating equipment as needed, ensuring compliance with safety and building codes.
  5. Respond promptly to emergency plumbing and heating issues, and take appropriate action to resolve them.
  6. Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair tasks performed, as well as equipment and supply inventory.
  7. Collaborate with other departments and contractors to coordinate and complete larger plumbing and heating projects.
  8. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
  9. Provide excellent customer service to employees and guests, promptly addressing any concerns or issues related to plumbing and heating.
  10. Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in plumbing and heating technology, and make recommendations for improvements to current systems.

Job Qualifications
