As a People & Culture Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations and processes of our People & Culture department.   1. Support day-to-day operations of the People & Culture department by managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth functioning of processes.
  2. Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing paperwork, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining accurate records.
  3. Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement effective employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and recognition programs.
  4. Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  5. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and provide timely and helpful responses.
  6. Assist with performance management processes, including scheduling and tracking performance reviews, and maintaining necessary documentation.
  7. Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs for employees.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as federal and state employment laws.
  9. Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  10. Participate in diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
  11. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination on people-related matters.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in people operations to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
  14. Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the People & Culture leadership team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Hr Operations Or A Similar Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes, Policies, And Compliance.

  • Proficient In Hris Systems And Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
