3. Manage trademark portfolios, including monitoring and enforcing trademark rights and maintaining accurate records.
4. Assist attorneys with legal research and drafting legal documents related to trademark matters.
5. Communicate with internal teams and external parties to gather necessary information and documents for trademark applications and portfolio management.
6. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks, including document management and tracking deadlines.
7. Collaborate with attorneys to prepare for and attend trademark hearings and proceedings.
8. Stay up-to-date with current trademark laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide recommendations for trademark strategy.
9. Support attorneys in trademark litigation matters, including conducting research and preparing documents for discovery.
10. Provide administrative support to attorneys, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
11. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle all matters with discretion and professionalism.
12. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures within the trademark department.
13. Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external parties regarding trademark matters.
14. Perform other duties as assigned by attorneys or department management.
