  1. Operate and maintain Master Control Room (MCR) equipment to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of content to audiences.
  2. Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during live broadcasts or pre-recorded content playback.
  3. Collaborate with production teams to ensure proper scheduling and delivery of content.
  4. Continuously monitor broadcast signals and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in MCR technology to improve processes and enhance content delivery.
  6. Maintain accurate records of all MCR operations and report any issues or discrepancies to management.
  7. Train and mentor junior MCR operators to ensure a strong and skilled team.
  8. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  9. Communicate with external vendors and service providers to resolve any technical issues or equipment maintenance needs.
  10. Participate in occasional on-call duties to handle any urgent technical issues outside of regular business hours.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and IT, to ensure seamless integration and operation of MCR equipment.
  12. Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure all content meets broadcast standards and regulations.
  13. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of content.
  14. Proactively identify and troubleshoot potential technical issues to prevent disruptions to broadcast operations.
  15. Continuously strive to improve processes and workflows to increase efficiency and enhance overall quality of content delivery.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Media Control Room (Mcr) Operations.

  • Knowledge And Experience With Broadcast Equipment And Systems, Including Routers, Switchers, Servers, And Audio/Video Processing Equipment.

  • Strong Troubleshooting Skills And Ability To Quickly Identify And Resolve Technical Issues.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
