- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on industry trends and consumer insights to inform content and business strategies.
- Utilize various research methodologies, including surveys, focus groups, and data analysis, to gather and interpret data.
- Monitor and track competitive landscape and industry developments to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, programming, and sales, to provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external research partners and vendors.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest media technologies and platforms to ensure research methods are innovative and effective.
- Prepare and present research reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage and mentor junior research team members.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of research initiatives.
- Act as a thought leader within the company, contributing insights and perspectives based on research findings to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure all research is conducted in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
- Continuously evaluate and adjust research methods to adapt to changing market trends and consumer behaviors.
- Represent WarnerMedia at industry events and conferences to stay informed and share insights with the broader media community.
Master's Degree Or Higher In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Marketing, Or Media Studies.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Research-Related Role, Preferably In The Media Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Managing And Leading A Team Of Research Analysts.
Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Present Complex Data In A Clear And Concise Manner.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Leadership.
