
Manager, Client Success

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for all their needs and inquiries.
- Understand the unique needs and objectives of each client and develop strategies to effectively meet their goals and drive results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution and delivery of projects and campaigns for clients.
- Proactively identify opportunities for growth and upselling to existing clients, working closely with the sales team to drive revenue.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify any potential issues or concerns.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for WarnerMedia, representing the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in media and entertainment to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Monitor and analyze client performance data, providing regular reports and updates to clients to demonstrate the value of our services.
- Lead and mentor a team of client success associates, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure their professional growth and development.
- Continuously strive to improve client satisfaction and retention by implementing innovative strategies and processes to enhance the client experience.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Client Success, Account Management, Or Customer Service, Preferably In The Media Or Entertainment Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Retaining High-Value Clients, With A Focus On Building Long-Term Relationships And Driving Revenue Growth.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Navigate Complex Client Relationships.
In-Depth Knowledge Of The Media Landscape, Including Industry Trends And Competitor Analysis, As Well As A Deep Understanding Of Warnermedia's Products, Services, And Capabilities.
