In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our clients by building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and driving results. We are seeking a driven and customer-focused individual with a background in client management and a passion for the media industry.   1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for all their needs and inquiries.
  2. Understand the unique needs and objectives of each client and develop strategies to effectively meet their goals and drive results.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution and delivery of projects and campaigns for clients.
  4. Proactively identify opportunities for growth and upselling to existing clients, working closely with the sales team to drive revenue.
  5. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify any potential issues or concerns.
  6. Serve as a brand ambassador for WarnerMedia, representing the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  7. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in media and entertainment to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
  8. Monitor and analyze client performance data, providing regular reports and updates to clients to demonstrate the value of our services.
  9. Lead and mentor a team of client success associates, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure their professional growth and development.
  10. Continuously strive to improve client satisfaction and retention by implementing innovative strategies and processes to enhance the client experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Client Success, Account Management, Or Customer Service, Preferably In The Media Or Entertainment Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Retaining High-Value Clients, With A Focus On Building Long-Term Relationships And Driving Revenue Growth.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Navigate Complex Client Relationships.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Media Landscape, Including Industry Trends And Competitor Analysis, As Well As A Deep Understanding Of Warnermedia's Products, Services, And Capabilities.
