Job Description

Looking for an innovative and experienced Manager to join our team at WarnerMedia as our Broadcast/Production Technology Design & Integration expert. As the leader in this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge technology solutions to enhance our broadcasting and production capabilities.   1. Develop and implement innovative technology solutions to enhance broadcasting and production capabilities.
  2. Lead and manage the design and integration process for complex technology systems.
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure the most cutting-edge solutions are implemented.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  5. Create and maintain project plans to ensure timely and successful delivery of technology solutions.
  6. Oversee the testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of technology systems to ensure optimal performance.
  7. Train and mentor team members on new technology systems and processes.
  8. Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
  9. Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for updates and upgrades.
  10. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals and objectives.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with external technology vendors and partners.
  12. Communicate progress and updates to upper management and stakeholders.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to technology design and integration.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to technology design and integration.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Broadcast Technology: This Includes A Deep Understanding Of All Aspects Of Broadcast Technology, Including Production Equipment, Transmission Systems, And Post-Production Software.

  • Leadership And Project Management Skills: As A Manager, The Candidate Should Have Experience In Leading And Managing Teams, As Well As Overseeing Complex Projects And Budgets.

  • Experience In Technology Design And Integration: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Broadcast Technology Solutions, Including Integration With Existing Systems.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills: Working In A Fast-Paced And Collaborative Environment, The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Trends And Emerging Technologies: The Candidate Should Be Knowledgeable About Current Trends And Advancements In The Broadcast Technology Industry, And Be Able To Identify And Implement Innovative Solutions To Improve Workflows And Processes.
