  1. Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies and protocols to protect WarnerMedia's networks, systems, and data from potential threats and vulnerabilities.
  2. Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security gaps and develop mitigation plans.
  3. Lead and manage a team of cybersecurity engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the team's performance meets high standards.
  4. Stay informed and up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity trends, tools, and techniques to continually improve the company's security posture.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that security measures are integrated into all aspects of the organization's operations and projects.
  6. Conduct regular security audits and penetration testing to identify and address any weaknesses in the company's systems and processes.
  7. Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures to quickly and effectively address any cybersecurity incidents.
  8. Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts to identify and respond to potential threats in a timely manner.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert on cybersecurity matters and provide guidance and training to other teams within the organization.
  10. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as HIPAA, GDPR, and PCI-DSS.
  11. Communicate with senior management and stakeholders on the company's security posture, potential risks, and recommended actions to mitigate them.
  12. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to implement security solutions and manage relationships with third-party security providers.
  13. Continuously assess and improve the company's security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure they align with industry best practices and evolving threats.

Job Qualifications
  • A Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In The Field Of Cybersecurity, With A Focus On Leading And Managing Teams.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Current And Emerging Cybersecurity Threats, Vulnerabilities, And Best Practices.

  • Strong Technical Skills In Areas Such As Network Security, Cloud Security, And Application Security.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Influence Across Teams And Departments.

  • A Solid Understanding Of Compliance And Regulatory Requirements, Such As Pci-Dss And Gdpr, And Experience Implementing And Maintaining Security Controls To Meet These Standards.
