  1. Lead a team of artists to create visually stunning and immersive worlds for WarnerMedia entertainment projects.
  2. Foster a creative and collaborative environment within the team, encouraging new ideas and pushing the boundaries of art and design.
  3. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the WarnerMedia brand and ensure that all artwork aligns with the company's vision.
  4. Manage and delegate tasks to team members, ensuring that deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and producers, to bring projects from concept to completion.
  6. Provide guidance and feedback to team members, helping them to develop their skills and grow as artists.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques, and implement new technologies and processes to improve the team's workflow.
  8. Ensure that all artwork meets technical requirements and is optimized for various platforms and devices.
  9. Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, balancing resources and timelines effectively.
  10. Represent the team and present artwork to stakeholders, providing updates on the progress and addressing any concerns or feedback.
  11. Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and onboard top talent for the team.
  12. Participate in performance evaluations and provide recommendations for development and growth opportunities for team members.
  13. Act as a mentor and role model for the team, promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Game Development: A Lead Artist, World At Warnermedia Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Game Development, With A Proven Track Record Of Creating High-Quality Game Environments.

  • Strong Artistic Skills And Vision: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Exceptional Artistic Skills, Including A Strong Eye For Detail, Color Theory, And Composition. They Should Also Have A Clear Vision And The Ability To Translate Ideas Into Visually Stunning Game Environments.

  • Proficiency In Industry Standard Software: A Lead Artist, World Should Be Well-Versed In Industry-Standard Software Such As Photoshop, Maya, And Unreal Engine. They Should Also Have A Good Understanding Of 3D Modeling, Texturing, Lighting, And Rendering Techniques.

  • Team Management And Leadership Skills: As A Lead Artist, World, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Artists. Therefore, They Should Have Strong Leadership Skills To Guide And Mentor Team Members, Resolve Conflicts, And Ensure Timely Delivery Of Projects.

  • Knowledge Of Game Design Principles: The Role Of A Lead Artist, World Goes Beyond Creating Visually Appealing Game Environments. They Should Also Have A Good Understanding Of Game Design Principles, Including Level Design, Game Mechanics, And Player Experience, To Ensure That The Art Complements The Overall Gameplay.
