Job Description

As the International Regulations and Content Compliance Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our content meets all necessary guidelines and standards for distribution across various global markets. This is a 6-month contract position, providing you with the opportunity to work with a diverse team and contribute to the success of our company. We are looking for a detail-oriented and knowledgeable individual with a strong understanding of international regulations and compliance requirements.   1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of international regulations and compliance standards for content distribution.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, production, and distribution, to ensure content meets all necessary guidelines and standards.
  3. Review and approve all content before distribution to ensure compliance with international regulations and standards.
  4. Stay up-to-date on any changes or updates to international regulations and communicate them to relevant teams.
  5. Conduct regular compliance audits and provide recommendations for any necessary changes or updates.
  6. Manage and maintain all necessary documentation and records related to content compliance.
  7. Train and educate team members on international regulations and compliance standards to ensure understanding and adherence.
  8. Serve as a point of contact for any inquiries or concerns related to international regulations and compliance.
  9. Participate in industry events and forums to stay informed about best practices and emerging trends in content compliance.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to international regulations and compliance.

Job Qualifications

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of International Content Regulations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Global Content Regulations, Including But Not Limited To Censorship Laws, Age Restrictions, And Content Rating Systems.

  • Experience In Content Compliance: The Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, With A Proven Track Record Of Ensuring Compliance With International Content Regulations.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: The Role Requires The Ability To Analyze Complex Regulations And Identify Potential Compliance Issues. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Attention To Detail And Be Able To Provide Data-Driven Insights To Support Decision Making.

  • Project Management Skills: As A Manager, The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Manage Multiple Projects And Deadlines, Prioritize Tasks, And Delegate Responsibilities To A Team.

  • Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Role Involves Working Closely With Various Teams, Including Legal, Production, And Content Acquisition. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate And Negotiate With Internal And External Stakeholders.
