  1. Maintain and enhance the company's infrastructure to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
  2. Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues to minimize downtime and ensure high availability.
  3. Implement and maintain system upgrades and updates to improve overall performance and security.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and automation.
  5. Conduct regular performance and capacity analysis to identify areas for optimization.
  6. Develop and maintain documentation of infrastructure configurations and procedures.
  7. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to suggest and implement new solutions.
  8. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
  9. Provide technical support and guidance to other members of the infrastructure team.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security standards.
  11. Communicate and collaborate with vendors and external partners to resolve infrastructure issues.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  13. Contribute to disaster recovery planning and testing.
  14. Train end-users and provide technical guidance as needed.
  15. Proactively identify and address potential system vulnerabilities and risks.
  16. Work closely with project teams to design and implement new infrastructure solutions.
  17. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's media and entertainment brands and their technical needs.
  18. Collaborate with network engineers, system administrators, and other IT professionals to ensure a cohesive and well-functioning infrastructure.
  19. Participate in team meetings and provide updates on infrastructure projects and initiatives.
  20. Take ownership of infrastructure-related issues and see them through to resolution.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Infrastructure Operations, Preferably In A Large-Scale Environment.

  • Proficient In Managing And Maintaining Server Infrastructure, Including Virtualization, Storage, And Network Components.

  • Experience With Cloud Computing Technologies, Such As Aws Or Azure, And The Ability To Design, Implement, And Manage Cloud-Based Solutions.

  • Strong Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Technical Issues In A Timely Manner.
