
Finance Manager, Corporate Segment FP&A

- Conduct financial analysis: The Finance Manager will be responsible for conducting financial analysis for the corporate business units, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Provide strategic insights: The Finance Manager will use their financial expertise to provide strategic insights and recommendations to support decision-making for the corporate business units.
- Develop financial plans: The Finance Manager will work closely with the corporate business units to develop and maintain financial plans that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Monitor financial performance: The Finance Manager will monitor the financial performance of the corporate business units, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to drive profitability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: The Finance Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, and business leaders, to gather and analyze financial data and provide insights.
- Present findings: The Finance Manager will prepare and present financial analysis and insights to senior management and other stakeholders, effectively communicating complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends: The Finance Manager will stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to corporate finance to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant.
- Develop and maintain financial models: The Finance Manager will develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and provide accurate and timely financial information.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings: The Finance Manager will proactively identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the corporate business units.
- Mentor and train junior team members: The Finance Manager may be responsible for mentoring and training junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their financial skills.
- Adhere to financial policies and procedures: The Finance Manager will adhere to company financial policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all financial reporting and analysis.

Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis, Preferably In The Corporate Segment.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Interpret Financial Data And Provide Actionable Insights.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Information To Non-Financial Stakeholders.
Experience In Budgeting, Forecasting, And Variance Analysis, With A Proven Track Record Of Driving Financial Performance And Efficiency.
