As an Executive Protection Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our high-profile executives and their families. If you have a strong background in executive protection, excellent communication skills, and a passion for protecting others, we want you on our team.

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive security plans for high-profile executives and their families.
  2. Conduct threat assessments and risk analysis to identify potential security vulnerabilities.
  3. Coordinate and manage security operations for executive travel, events, and other activities.
  4. Maintain a constant and vigilant presence around executives, providing physical protection and security.
  5. Utilize advanced security equipment and technology to enhance protection measures.
  6. Communicate and collaborate with other security personnel, law enforcement, and external agencies as needed.
  7. Conduct ongoing security training and education for executives and their families.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in executive protection.
  9. Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations, including medical emergencies, security breaches, and other threats.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times, handling sensitive information and situations with professionalism.
  11. Conduct detailed and accurate security reports and documentation.
  12. Build strong relationships with executives and their families, earning their trust and confidence.
  13. Continuously assess and improve security protocols and procedures.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures while upholding the highest ethical standards.
  15. Represent WarnerMedia in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Executive Protection Or Related Field, Preferably In A High-Profile Or Corporate Setting.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of New York State And City Laws And Regulations Pertaining To Executive Protection And Security.

  • Excellent Physical Fitness And Weapons Proficiency, Including Possession Of A Valid New York State Armed Security Guard License.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interface With High-Level Executives And Public Figures.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Handle High-Stress Situations And Make Quick, Effective Decisions In Order To Ensure The Safety And Security Of Clients.
