Job Description

If so, WarnerMedia is seeking a talented Executive Assistant to join our US Network Strategy team. As the executive assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our senior executives and contributing to the success of our network strategy initiatives. We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and organizational skills, who is able to handle multiple tasks with ease and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.   1. Provide administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements.
  2. Act as a liaison between senior executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining effective communication and managing information flow.
  3. Coordinate and organize meetings, events, and presentations for the US Network Strategy team.
  4. Prepare and edit various documents, such as reports, presentations, and correspondence, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  5. Proactively anticipate and address the needs of senior executives, ensuring they have all necessary materials and information for meetings and projects.
  6. Manage and prioritize incoming requests, emails, and phone calls, and respond or escalate as needed.
  7. Maintain confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
  8. Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting for the US Network Strategy team.
  9. Conduct research and gather information as needed to support network strategy initiatives.
  10. Collaborate with other administrative assistants and team members to ensure seamless operations and support for the US Network Strategy team.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Media Or Entertainment Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Executives And Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software, As Well As An Understanding Of Project Management Tools And Techniques.
