Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to support our Chief Legal Officer. In this role, you will be the right hand to our CLO, providing administrative and operational support to ensure the success of our legal team. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of legal processes and procedures.   1. Provide administrative support: The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the CLO's schedule, organizing meetings and appointments, and handling all necessary travel arrangements.
  2. Assist with legal processes: The Executive Assistant will have a strong understanding of legal processes and procedures and will support the CLO in managing and organizing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
  3. Act as a liaison: The Executive Assistant will serve as the primary point of contact for the CLO, communicating with internal and external stakeholders on their behalf and ensuring timely and effective communication.
  4. Coordinate team activities: The Executive Assistant will be responsible for coordinating and organizing team meetings, events, and activities, ensuring all necessary resources and materials are available.
  5. Manage confidential information: The Executive Assistant will handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  6. Conduct research: The Executive Assistant will be responsible for conducting research and gathering information to support the CLO in making informed decisions and recommendations.
  7. Prepare reports and presentations: The Executive Assistant will assist the CLO in preparing reports and presentations by compiling data, creating slides, and ensuring accuracy and quality.
  8. Monitor deadlines and priorities: The Executive Assistant will be responsible for tracking deadlines and priorities, ensuring that all tasks and projects are completed on time and with high quality.
  9. Foster a positive work environment: The Executive Assistant will contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by building strong relationships with team members, fostering open communication, and promoting a positive attitude.
  10. Continuously improve processes: The Executive Assistant will proactively identify areas for improvement and implement efficient processes and procedures to streamline the CLO's workload and increase productivity.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Law, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Legal Or Administrative Role, Preferably Within A Media Or Entertainment Company.

  • Excellent Organization And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With High-Level Executives And External Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Legal Terminology And Procedures, As Well As Experience In Contract Review And Drafting.
