- Manage and optimize the suite of collaboration tools used by WarnerMedia, including MS Teams, Slack, Miro, G Workspace, BOX, and Co-pilot.
- Ensure seamless integration and utilization of collaboration tools across the organization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to collaboration tools, working closely with IT support teams.
- Stay updated on the latest features and updates of collaboration tools, and provide recommendations for their implementation to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and guidelines for the use of collaboration tools.
