  1. Develop and lead the tax technology strategy for the company.
  2. Drive the digital transformation of the tax function, leveraging technology to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for tax technology solutions and implement them.
  4. Lead the tax team through the transformation, providing guidance and support.
  5. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in tax technology, and make recommendations for their implementation.
  6. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and laws through the use of technology.
  7. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, to gain buy-in and support for the tax technology strategy.
  8. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives to meet deadlines and achieve objectives.
  9. Provide training and support to the tax team on new technology and processes.
  10. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with external vendors and consultants to support tax technology initiatives.
  11. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tax technology solutions, making adjustments and improvements as needed.
  12. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with tax technology implementation.
  13. Lead by example and foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration within the tax team.
  14. Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive tax data in all technology solutions.
  15. Act as a thought leader in the tax technology space, representing the company at conferences and industry events.
