- Develop and implement strategic plans for global field engineering operations for TNT Sports, Eurosport, CNN, and WBD Networks.
- Lead and manage a team of technical engineers to ensure efficient and effective operations across all networks.
- Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, operations, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of technical systems and processes.
- Drive innovation and continuously improve technical operations, staying up-to-date with industry developments and implementing best practices.
- Develop and manage budgets for engineering projects and operations, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet business objectives.
- Monitor and maintain network performance, identifying and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime and ensure a seamless viewer experience.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including safety and security protocols.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, communication, and continuous learning within the engineering team.
- Serve as a key point of contact for external partners and vendors, negotiating contracts and managing relationships to support technical operations.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of engineering projects and network performance.

- Represent WarnerMedia at industry events and conferences, building relationships and staying informed of emerging technologies and trends.
Extensive Experience In Field Engineering: The Ideal Candidate For The Director Role Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Field Engineering, Preferably In The Media Industry. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Technical Operations, Production Workflows, And Broadcast Technologies.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Director, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Field Engineers Across Multiple Networks. Therefore, They Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Mentor Team Members, Delegate Tasks Effectively, And Drive Results.
