  1. Provide expert legal counsel on a wide range of employment law matters to support the global company's operations.
  2. Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  3. Advise on employment-related policies, procedures, and practices to promote a fair and inclusive work environment.
  4. Collaborate with HR and other business leaders to provide guidance and support on employee relations issues.
  5. Draft and review employment contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  6. Represent the company in employment-related litigation and administrative proceedings.
  7. Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations and proactively advise the company on any potential impacts.
  8. Develop and deliver training and educational materials on employment law topics to ensure company-wide understanding and compliance.
  9. Partner with external legal counsel and other relevant stakeholders to effectively manage legal issues and mitigate risk.
  10. Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide employment policies and practices.
  11. Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on employment law matters and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  12. Maintain accurate and organized legal files and documentation.
  13. Participate in special projects and initiatives related to employment law as needed.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for WarnerMedia and uphold the company's values and standards in all interactions.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the Employment Legal team and across the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School.

  • Active Membership In Good Standing With State Bar Association.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Practicing Employment Law, Preferably In A Large Corporation Or Law Firm.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws, Including But Not Limited To Title Vii, Fmla, Ada, And Flsa.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Advise And Counsel Clients And Communicate Complex Legal Concepts In A Clear And Concise Manner.
